Kadir UÇAR : With the approval and participation of our Ministry of Industry and Technology, Ministry of National Defense and Presidency of Defense Industry, R&D Innovation Industry and Technology Fair will be held in İzmir on 13-14 October 2021 at Kaya İzmir Thermal Hotel & Congress Center. The 2021 theme of the R&D Innovation Industry and Technology Fair, which is a platform where the most innovative products that the manufacturing companies R&D and design, produce and plan to produce, will be exhibited, has been determined as “Capturing and Transcending Tomorrow”.
Our Fair will be held with 12 Sector Meetings, Hundreds of B2B Business Meetings, 11 Panels, 4 Conferences, 2 Project Competitions (Hackathon) and an Exhibition Area with 69 Stands. In case of their approval, the participation and visits of our Honorable Ministers, Deputy Ministers, Governors, Deputies, relevant Provincial Directors, Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Universities, Technoparks, Organized Industrial Zone Managers and Firms, A Protocol, Bureaucrats, Professionals and Large-Scale Technology Company Managers are expected. With the protocol, it will be open to the participation and visits of Domestic and Foreign Investors, Industrialists, Citizens and Students.
At the fair, TEİ, BMC, İŞBİR, Otokar, FNSS, Asfat, Vestel Defense etc. Large-Scale Technology and Defense Industry Companies like you will participate with Purchasing and Procurement Authorities and meet with new supplier candidates. Our fair is supported by the incentives of KOSGEB and Izmir Chamber of Commerce.
We added consultancy service to our Defense Industry events and provided guidance to many companies. We helped companies focus on their business without causing road accidents. Almost 80 percent of our activities are focused on the Defense Industry. Our goal in the medium and long term is to realize these activities throughout the country. Maybe later on doing international activities, why not.
